3. Acceptable Use

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your User Content and for ensuring that you have the right to include any third-party information (e.g., client details) in a generated proposal.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, text, graphics, the Proposal Generator template language, and all software are owned by QuoteBlink and protected by intellectual property laws. The rate data displayed is derived from the public-domain BLS OES dataset.

You may download proposals you generate for your own business use. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content, design, or templates without our written permission, except for proposals you personally generate.

6. Paid Services and Billing

Some features may require a paid subscription (the "Paid Services"). If you purchase Paid Services:

You agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase
Payments are processed by Stripe; your payment card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored by QuoteBlink
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QUOTEBLINK, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
